I would like to take this opportunity to give you a little bit of backround on Nat Zio General Contracting, Inc.. We started in 1982 as a painting business and 3 years later we progressed into doing small carpentry jobs, such as decks, siding and windows. Thanks to the recommendations of our clients, there was never a shortage of work. We continued to take on larger more complicated jobs including extensions, 2nd story editions renovations and new homes, all start to finish.

Through the mid 90’s we started building high end custom homes in the Hamptons. The next 10 years we spent fine tuning our craft. Our attention to detail was top priority. The last several years we have returned to Long Islands North Shore and continued to build some of the areas most prestigious custom built homes.

We continue to grow due to the recommendations of our past and present clients. We provide our clients with a complete building experience, from concept, architectural plans, permits and financing, through the complete building process including all finish details, decorating and complete site development and landscape design. Our projects are completed on time and within projected budgets.

We are a small family run business, and I am proud to say, all the carpentry from framing, exterior trim details through the complete interior trim details, are all done in house by Nat Zio General Contracting, Inc.. Many of our subcontractors have been with us from the start and are all held to the highest standards of quality and service, while at the same time being budget conscience. We have been providing our clients with the best the industry has to offer for over 25 years and intend to continue this tradition for generations to come.
